Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. Express options are available at checkout for those who need their parts in time for the weekend ride.
What is your return policy on pedals and grips?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed components cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do DMR products come with a warranty?
Yes, all DMR products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from crashes or improper installation.
How do I know if the pedals will fit my crankset?
Most of our pedals use the industry-standard 9/16" thread, which is compatible with almost all modern mountain bike cranks. Check the specific product page for any specialized fitment details.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
