At DMR Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your new components or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
